My nephews football game was saturday morning and his daddy was helping his get ready for his game... i love this photo... its definately the father son moment!

So this summer has been pretty busy for me, lots of pictures but most are just snapshots. Havent had too much time to spend with my camera, but here are a few photos from the last couple months... So...


This was Arys first day of Kindergarten, she was waiting in the car for the bus to come and could barely contain herself :)
She was so excited to get on the bus she almost forgot to say bye to me :(

Yeah, i have the coolest kid in kindergarten haha! Shes rockin the chuck taylors and a backpack with neon stars she picked up at Hot Topic :)

Family came down from New York to spend Labor Day weekend with the family here in VA and this is a picture of my beautiful great grandmother... who is 105 this year :)

We took a beach trip from Aug22-29 and it was AMAZING. The beach always is! The last day we were there we spend it with the Johnson Family out in Corolla and the clouds rolled in as we were rollin out and it looked beautiful!

So Ive finally realized that having a project with a newborn is borderline impossible. So here are a few of the pictures iv taken over the last 2 months or so. Mostly snapshots but special to me :)

So all of us Thrive! moms and our kids (there were about 50 of us) took a day trip to the DC Zoo... this was taken before the nightmare began lol... she was so excited to go, but i dont think she will ever go again haha...

Snow Day! 3.2.09

We had a freak snow storm that dropped about 10" of snow so the kids were out of school for most of the week and went out to play. The top picture is my brother Sean and his daughter Kayla, i think they were practicing for the circus! haha... and the bottom picture is my beautiful daughter Aryanna... i love taking pics of her :)

Averie Grace 2.24.09

This is my newest pride and joy... Averie Grace Hepualaha'ole... she was born 2.23.09 and she is amazing! i have the best daughters ever :)

Baby Shower 2.15.09

This was my baby shower, everyone was focusing really hard on the games haha :) i had so much fun and loved having my friends and family there to help me celebrate :)

p.s. the gap in dates is from me being ridiculously ill... i was still sick at my baby shower :(

update

sorry i havent posted any pictures recently... i caught the flu bug that was going around here and was very sick for almost 2 weeks and then within days of starting to feel better i had my baby girl and have been taking it easy for the last week but i will be posting some of the pics that i had taken over the last couple weeks and hopefully from here on out i will be keeping up with my year in pictures!!

Belt Promotion 2.6.09

Start of my project

Ive decided to start my 365 photo project in an effort to better my photography "skills" haha, and also in an attempt to be able to look back and see what i did through out the year. To me photos are memories captured and i love the idea of holding onto pieces of the past through pictures. Because its already February 4th i will be about a month behind on my posts but better late than never, right?!
